RCC Pipes

We offer RCC Pipes that are used by various government bodies or Construction companies for sewerage, storm water drainage , road culverts ,  under railway tracks, and  highways. These are available in different sizes as per the ISI Standards.. They are known for high performance, reliability, durability, heavy load bearing and low maintenance. We take bulk orders and deliver pipes with in the committed time span.

Manufactured in diameters from 300 to 2500 mm, pipe can be designed for substantial external loads. The bell or spigot ends of the pipe, as well as the full pipe section, contain both circumferential and longitudinal steel reinforcement.
BVPL’s reinforced concrete pipe, with bell and spigot joint sealed by a confined rubber ring, is extraordinarily suitable for all site conditions .

HDPE Lines RCC Pipes

Durability, long life, economy, resistance to acids and alkalis—all are combined in reinforced concrete sewer pipe lined with any project specified lining materials like HDPE etc.

We make T-lined pipes using HDPE polymers welded by a High Frequency Welding Machine. This additional protection against corrosive liquids and gases gives them a lifetime measured in decades.

Continuity of lining is assured by fusing each individual pipe liner with the next. This results in a lining that is permanently flexible, withstands temperatures as high as 83ºC, has a lower friction coefficient than concrete, has a minimum elongation factor of 200%, and offers no sustenance to either fungus or bacterial slimes.

Maintenance of HDPE T-lining is no problem. The dense, glossy surface of the plastic will not absorb nor retain precipitated or crystalline materials. It is easily decontaminated and maintained in a sanitary condition.

RCC Jacking Pipes

When surface conditions make it difficult to install pipe by conventional open excavation and backfill methods, or when it is necessary to install pipe under an existing embankments, installation by jacking or tunneling is used.

BVPL concrete Jacking pipe is ideally suited for tunneling and jacking. The pipe can be pushed forward immediately after the soil is excavated, providing a complete tunnel liner for protection of workers and equipment. Because of the technological advances and increased experiences, many pipe line are now being jacked.

The advantages of jacking method described below:

• Minimizes disruption to residents and traffic, requiring only a jacking and reception shaft.
• Reduces the risk of damage to adjacent properties.
• Ground tolerant minimizing de-watering and ground stabilization.
• Accurate installation to 1” tolerance of line and level.
• Final installed pipe is stronger than a standard open cut pipe.
• Fully controlled, reducing the risk of accidents.
